Please fill out the grant application only if you received a congratulatory email from Impact100 Louisville.

Most of the information needed has been carried forward from your Letter of Intent. Please make sure to answer the remaining questions at the end of the application and upload the additional required documents. Please do not change any previously submitted information. 

You can access the application with the same passcode used for the letter of intent. You should have received a copy of it in your inbox. If you need the code resent, please contact us at grants@impact100louisville.org.  

Once your application is completed, please make sure to confirm and submit the application under the "Return Passcode or Submit" tab. After submission, it cannot be modified.

Deadline is June 7 at noon.
