Come explore the backside of Churchill Downs with Backside Learning Center, a 2023 grant recipient. The tour will entail walking through the backside of Churchill Downs as members of the organization discuss the various roles of the communities they serve, the structure of an average workday, and other valuable information. Impact100 members will be able to get a firsthand look at the sights and sounds of the backside as well as witness the vital work of the backside community in action.
Stop by the Backside Learning Center's building located on the backside and further discuss the work they do, while meeting members of their essential staff who provide services and supports to racetrack workers and their families.
