As a diverse community of women philanthropists, we still have much to learn from the non-profits that work to lift up the most neglected people and neighborhoods in our city. In an effort to be more effective partners, there may be more to contribute than our funding. What is it that would be most helpful to non-profits beyond money?  How can we inspire and energize, rather than "other" them and the people they serve?
